Warm and Welcoming Atmosphere
We promote quality care at Watrous through teamwork and adherence to total quality management principles. Our staff works to ensure that every resident meets his or her maximum potential with the eventual goal of returning home. To accomplish this, we offer a broad range of rehabilitation services including speech, occupational, physical and recreational therapies. For those patients who are not able to return home, our mission is to provide the best possible long-term care. This philosophy guides all aspects of our day-to-day operations, from admissions through discharge.
Our Social Services Department acts as a liaison between residents, families, staff and the community to answer questions and to provide guidelines and support.
Delicious, nutritious meals are a cornerstone of daily life at Watrous. Our chef caters to the personal tastes and dietary needs of our residents.
We offer four levels of dining, including independent dining in our formal dining room, supervised dining, assisted dining and total assistance.
And our doors are always open to family members who wish to dine with residents or celebrate birthdays, holidays and other special occasions with their loved ones.
Specialized Care in Special Surroundings

We offer an extensive therapeutic recreational program, enriched by extensive community volunteerism. Additional specialized care services include respite care, and pastoral care, both routinely scheduled and upon individual request.
